How Will My Order be Delivered?
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Every product on site is carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. Dispatch methods are listed on the product page as well as throughout the checkout process. Orders may be delivered by various carriers but it is not possible to choose which carrier will deliver particular items.
Small Parcel Delivery
Most products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as UPS and UKMail. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email indicating the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.
Some items are large based on weight and or dimensions and need to be delivered by a specialist carrier, such as XDP and Panther. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email indicating the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.
Two Man Delivery
The largest and bulkiest items need to be delivered by a two person specialist carrier, such as XDP and Panther. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email indicating the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.
Delivery of items £40.00 and over are FREE. Any item marked FREE DELIVERY! on the product page will ship for free! We charge £4.99 for delivery of all other items under £40.00. All fees are clearly marked in the shopping basket and throughout checkout. Certain extended areas in the UK may have an additional surcharge for full details read below.
UK Extended Area Dispatch Fees
For large items based on dimensions and or weight we use specialist couriers to ensure safe handling. If your delivery address and items purchased falls into this category the following surcharges will apply per order. All fees are clearly marked in the shopping basket and throughout checkout.

The following areas are considered extended: Postcode areas Glasgow (G), Guernsey (GY), Inverness (IV), Isle of Man (IM), Jersey (JE), Kilmarnock (KA), Kirkcaldy (KY), Kirkwall (KW), Lerwick (ZE), Outer Hebrides (HS), Paisley (PA), Perth (PH), Aberdeen (AB), Belfast (BT), Dundee (DD), Dumfries and Galloway (DG), Falkirk (FK) and Isle of Wight (PO30-PO41).
