Wooden Mallet Dakota Wave Two Seat Bench

Bought this bench for mudroom. Design simple enough to go with many furniture styles. Easy to put together. Shoes store out of site underneath. If you have room go to a 3 seater & have 3 sections for shoes. Nice width & length for several people to put on shoes at once. As the exact color we needed was not available my husband refinished wood to match our Mission Furniture. (FYI - He recommends a light sanding for the stain to absorb more quickly as he 1st tried steel wool). Recommend the vinyl for easier cleaning - We chose the Wine color which is nice. (Wish Black had been available). Just be aware that the vinyl does loudly squelch against the wood each time you sit! Hopefully this will calm down as the bench is broken in. Bench feet do slide around some on our tile - A trip to the hardware store should solve that.

Nice, simple design. Sturdy and timber finished well. Bought wine vinyl and upholstering done well. To be used in laundry room/mudroom to put on shoes/boots (and store shoes/boots under when not in use).

These benches are of high quality and very easy to assemble.
