Beautiful and solid from Grantsburg, WI on 01/23/2015 – Verified Buyer
I had very little trouble putting the rack together by myself. The most important thing is to put softened barsoap on the screws before trying to put it together!! Then the screws can be put in loosely by hand. I put the bottom ones in first. The center bars could be rather tight. I just turned it on end and tapped with a hammer protecting the wood. The enclosed allen wrench did a wonderful job. Very satisfied the way my antique hand-crocheted bedspread can be safely displayed. I may order a second one to display my other quilts since the price is so reasonable. Delivery was very fast.

Very Sturdy and Practical from Denver, CO on 01/27/2015 – Verified Buyer
This surprisingly tall quilt rack is true to the color seen in the photograph and matches my walnut bedroom furniture exactly. It is sufficiently sturdy to hold several large quilts, and the bottom shelf is quite spacious enough for the many throw pillows from my bed. Assembly was simple and it is a most welcome addition that completes my bed and solves the dilemma of what to do with the quilt when not in use.

Wonderful Quilt Rack from St.Louis, MO on 11/21/2011 – Verified Buyer
The wood is beautiful on this quilt rack. It took two people to put it together and the tool included was of no use, but we had the proper drill bit to use. It required more strength than what you could apply to the tool provided in order to do the job properly. Once all the screws were in securely and snugged up, it is great. It came in one box and delivered nicely. I would definitely buy this again and suggest other to purchase this quilt rack. It is more on the contemporary side and was exactly what we need for our home. The top middle spindle rotates and is not screwed into the side rails. I personally wanted this stable so I took some tiny round leather cording and secured it around the doll and into the space that was giving me the spinning, I didnt want to glue it because I might decide for future use that I would like it to spin. Please dont let my comment sway you away from the purchase of this beautiful quilt rack I am only trying to help give hints as to how we found it easier to put together. It is exactly what I wanted and I could not have had anyone custom make it for me better.

good and not so good from Chicago, IL on 08/30/2015 – Verified Buyer
Great product that matches the description....easy to put together. The reason I am not giving it a 5 is that the finish is not consistent. As it happens, I am using for a display of my weavings for sale. I would not be happy if I was using only in my home as furniture.

Pros: easy to assemble, delivered on time, small issue of finish

Bigger than expected. from Wenatchee, WA on 09/23/2015 – Verified Buyer
This rack is very well made and is a great size for our super thick comforters. Pro is that it's big and the con is that it's big. If you want something that doesn't stick out into the room or makes less of a statement, this is probably not the rack for you.

Product as advertised and shipped and delivered quickly. I had read others' reviews regarding assembly so was prepared for more of a hassle than I had. Still slightly problematic but no major issues.

just what I was looking for from buffalo, NY on 05/04/2014 – Verified Buyer
This was a perfect addition to a new guest room - a place for extra blankets and for towels to dry. Only 4 stars because I did need to drill the holes larger to have the hardware fit more easily. Nice that there were brown caps to put over the screws to hide them. This rack can hold quite a bit, it's very sturdy and the warm wood tone seems to go with everything.

Elegant and easy to put together from Durham, NC on 02/07/2011
Our blanket rack sits in our bonus/TV room, it can easily hold 2 Twin size comforters and several (3-4) blankies, it is sturdy and can withstand all the sword-swishing play of little boys!
I found it easy to put together, but will provide this tip to avoid the twisted appearance that someone was complaining about. Screw in the rungs on the top and bottom corners on one side, but don't tighten them fully, then flip the structure so that the rungs are pointing upwards; place the second side on top(like you would a table top) and slide the rungs into the second side. Then screw in lightly flip over and slide in the last rung, again screw it in lightly. once all rungs are in, tighten all screws. The only tools you need is the Alan werench that comes in the box; the only "outside" tool I needed was a hammer to tap in the decorative dowels to cover the screws, remember to cover them with a towel, to prevent the veneer from chipping, when you hammer them in.
