The filing cabinet looks great & is exactly the same height as the matching desk. The directions & diagrams looked like a bad photo copy & were next to impossible to follow. I threw them away & assembled it on my own.
I was duped and disappointed

The 3 drawers are useful and live up to my expectation. I was deeply disappointed that the company did inform the buyer that there was no bottom or sides (3) to the bottom drawer. Due to the construction, it is impossible to rebuild the drawer with these missing parts. Therefor files will fall, things are not secure and fall out of the drawer and on the floor. I would never recommend this purchase.
quality control on this product is terri

I should have heeded comments from others on this product. Price is reasonable, and it is pretty, came on time, etc, but everything about how it's put together is off. Badly. File drawer is terribly misaligned and comes right off the runners when you try to close it if assembled as is. Just to get it to stay on the runners I had to have a tradesperson friend unscrew them and drill new holes, rebuild. The drawers don't close properly and everything is off kilter. Really unbelievable to me how bad the quality control is on it. How do folks get away with this? If it weren't for the fact that it's already assembled, and wd be a lot of trouble, I'd send the thing back. Crazy.

From time to time a am always looking for a nice piece of solid wood furniture at a reasonable price. Being a woodworker I can be very fussy, but this is very good quality for a "assemble by direction" type of furniture.

Works well with the writing table by extending the surface area, but was too tall for my printer.
like it, don't love it

It is a nice file cabinet. It went together very well until the last step. The holes for the front of the bottow drawer were not drilled correctly on one side. I ended up having to drill new holes. Otherwise the pieces fit together well. It would be nice to have a second alan wrench as a back up. it looks just like the picture. It is solid.
pretty good, looks nice, cut a bit off
