It was easy to pop the handle up, but it took a while to figure out how to put it back down. It came with 4 wheels (and hardware) but didn't have information about what wheels go where (2 of the wheels were stationary - 2 swiveled). The wheels were easy to assemble on once I figured out which wheels go where. Other than that its a great little cart. All metal with rubber bumpers. Easy to steer. Love it! Was this helpful?
