This the third cart that I have purchased. Probably will purchase one more for storage of hobby materials. Goes together easily, sturdy with draws that slide easily. Good buy for the money.
Disappointed customer from Placentia, CA – Verified Buyer
I've put together many cabinets, bookcases, carts, etc. for home use. We chose this model because its dimensions were perfect for the space, but its design was disappointing: rather than using hardware, most of this cart was held together with glue, and assembly was such that is was difficult to get the drawers to be perfectly aligned (or even close enough). Each drawer (excluding the face) comes connected as a 3-fold piece, but almost all of them came apart at the fold before or during assembly (they are THINLY connected), making precise alignment difficult -- even with two people working on it. The drawer slides are simply 1/2" tall pieces of particle board that you glue into slots in the cart sides, and unless you glue them in EXACTLY perpendicular to the cart sides, the spacing between the drawers will be noticably uneven. Finally, with all the required gluing, the manufacturer gives you only 3 small tubes of glue -- maybe half of what you need to complete the job. (We suplimented with our own all-purpose glue to finish the job.) Most other units I have assembled (even in this price range) use a lot more hardware with precisely-drilled holes to ensure better alignment of the pieces. We will use this cart (for now), but we are quite disappointed with it overall, and we would not recommend it for anyone.
