One of my favorite element in my home. Everybody tells us compliment saying it looks more like decor, not like functional piece.

Sleek look and pretty durable. The silver was not as silver as I was thinking, it was a little duller.
Perfect for us!

We have one of these at home and one in the office. Hooks are strong, whole thing is very attractive. We have the espresso color.
flip coat hook

very utilitarian, simple but effective and fits in the small entry way in the front door of the town house. My only concern was it is heavy because of the dense but lovely wood and may become loose from the wall if it's full of heavy coats. But so far it's holding up.
Attractive, low-profile coat rack

It works nicely in my space and seems to be holding securely to the wall. I have the dark brown color and it's as expected - not overly reddish like some other dark brown furniture. The hooks are not very deep and are fairly close together, so I tend to put only one or two coats on it, and use the rest for scarves and bags.
Attractive and functional

This is a great little coat hook. Its quite minimum in size and profile and can still easily accommodate 5 coats or jackets.

I have installed a couple of these around my home. They're my favorite hooks! They're absolutely space-savers, very modern looking, and sleek. And my favorite part, it can hold heavy stuff per hook! I've hanged about 20 lbs or so bags off of it, and none of these hooks have bent or showed any cracks. They're expensive compared to a regular hook, but it's worth the price.
The U+ Studio Collection, which offers a range of sophisticated aesthetics from raw to sleek, can be found exclusively at contemporary design retail specialists.
Umbra began in 1979, when boyhood friends, Paul Rowan and Les Mandelbaum joined forces to create exciting, everyday products that alter the overall aesthetic of a home, beginning with a printed window shade unlike anything then in the market ("umbra" means shade in latin).
Twenty-five years later, Umbra's award-winning design team - 22 men and women from all over the world and notable outside product designers, all under Paul Rowan's direction - remains the heart and soul of the company. Its offices worldwide now house more than 450 people.
