I set this desk up with the two rectangular sections side by side (not attached) and didn't connect the corner piece. (I wanted a long glass desk but couldn't find one for a decent price that was in stock). The quality of the desk is good and it makes the room feel a lot more open than a wooden desk. I think the aluminum supports could have been a bit thicker because they tend to flex. Be careful when tightening the screws onto the aluminum pieces so that it does not bow the aluminum. Once assembled, it seems very study. I use the shorter of the two desks as the support for my dual monitor system and the longer desk for my printer/writing surface. The longer desk is only supported at the ends of the glass - not anywhere in the middle - so I'm a little concerned about placing anything heavy on it. It should really have another support on there. I plan on using the curved center piece as a shelf! The little computer tower component is strong, but its feet are angled against the floor (not flat). The plastic cap came off as I tried to move it and the aluminum edge scratched my new floor. I would suggest putting something under the plastic feet to give it better support especially when moving the unit, or glue the plastic pieces into the aluminum legs so they don't come off.
Efficient L shaped Desk

As we downsized, we needed two desks that could be set up side by side in a smaller office setting. This desk is perfect for us - we have computer space, and work space. We put the long sides together with the small side going opposite directions and they fit perfectly. They went together nicely and the glass gives an appearance of openness in the room. The desks are easier to keep clean than I would have thought. We have had many good comments from others about how great they look and fit in our small office.
Great sleek looking product!

I ordered this desk with a little bit of apprehension due to some of the mixed reviews I found. But overall, I'm very satisfied. It fits in neatly in the corner of my bedroom and it almost blends in so as not to be overly visible. It looks sleek and I find it be functional enough for me, although I wish it came with a storage option. The only negative I would have to share is that the assembly took a lot longer than the one hour it's supposed to take. But no matter, all's well that ends well. The shipping was smooth, arrived in 2 days, so no complaints at all

Just the right size for my office/guest room. I liked the fact that you could build it to switch the L, so if I change my mind later, and can simply switch out a few screws and rearrange the room. It's sturdy and even though it took a while to assemble, I was able to do it without assistance from my handy man husband. It keeps the room light and airy and doesn't take up too much space - a bit improvement over my previous bulky, clunky desk.
Better desk for the money

I bought for my home office as an alternative to the ubiquitous and expensive fiberboard desks on the market. Unfortunately, the product description doesn't give very precise details on the measurements. But I liked the picture, so I took a gamble. First, and most importantly, the measurements: the long panel is 43.75" x 19"; the short panel is 26.25" x 19"; the corner panel is 19" x 19"; the desk height is 29.25" from the bottom of the feet to the top surface. It was easy to assemble and the glass is quite strong—though, as you might expect, a bit susceptible to small scratches and smudges. The glass is surprisingly heavy for how thin it is, but overall not much heavier than the fiberboard equivalent. I wish that I could remove the keyboard tray tracks. Keyboard trays aren't very ergonomic in general and this one is so low it hits my knees. If only they'd provided the tracks separately to be installed with hex screws, I could've just left them off. Now they sit there, naked and tray-less, for all the world to see through the glass top. *Sigh*. I also wish they'd painted the frame a different color. Metalic gray is a bit mainstream corporate. I bought some white spray paint and I'll get around to using it one of these days. Overall, this desk is better built and better designed than anything else in its price range. It will surivive many a move, so I don't have to feel guilty about filling our landfills with flimsy furniture.
Great little big enough desk!

Desk is as pictured, very sturdy, sharp looking. Took over a week to get here but I was in no hurry for it. Love it and would say go for it if you are thinking on it. Can't beat the price. I really didn't think it would be as nice as it is because of the price. Pros: Great price. Easy assembly. Very sturdy. Lots of desk top space for a small desk. Cons: Wish it came with colored glass. Don,t like seeing through to the floor.
good for the price

i needed specific size corner L desk and it worked out great, but the assembly wasn't easy. it's not too hard to understand the instruction, but it would be hard to actually follow by your self. two people making it together would be ideal since the glass is pretty heavy and the angle you put the metal parts together is also important. it's not so sturdy, but not too flimsy. still good for the price it charged.
So Beautiful, Yet Inexpensive

I have been searching for a desk of this kind for quite a while. It's very convenient and space-saving. This desk holds all my computer needs such as, computer. monitor, scanner, printer, telephone and such. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Its beautiful and compliments all my computer accessories. It also holds my office items such as pens, paper, tissue holder right at my fingertips. I do not have to move around or get up from my chair to go to the printer or fax machine. It's all right there within reach. I recommend this item to those who are money-conscious, who needs limited space, and those who rave on beauty. It fits right into the corner and still gives me plenty of space for other things. The glass is tempered and easy to clean. For the price, it was more than well worth it. I REALLY LOVE MY TEMPERED GLASS L-SHAPED DESK!!!
Sleek and Modern

This desk looks great in my office. It is sturdy and is just the right size. Although somewhat difficult to assemble, I think it is true to description and it arrived much more quickly than I thought it would. I think the glass and brushed "chrome" detail is what really gives this desk it's futuristic look. I really like it and I'm very happy with my purchase.
Fit for small room space

I've been using this for quite sometime now. It perfectly fits my room despite the small space i have. Easy to assemble. I like the design where you can put it at one corner of your room and maximize the room space you have. I am very much pleased with this product.
