Quality just not what was expected from Harrisburg, PA on 11/18/2014 – Verified Buyer
Ok, part of the problem was me. I did not pay attention to the dimensions of this drafting table. I saw that there were 2 sizes and went with the larger size. The larger size is very tiny. Also, the height is very short. In the picture it appears the chair is at a tall height, or that you could stand in front of the drafting table to review plans. You can only sit at the drafting table. I admit, this was my mistake as I should have concentrated better on the dimensions listed. In regards to quality, it just isnt there. The attachable pencil catch was bowed so badly that my husband had to put in to additional screws to pull the middle up and make it straight. Also, there is a splintered knick on the top right corner of the table. Overall I'm very disappointed. We ordered other furniture through wayfair (different vendor) and the quality is excellent and definitely superior. We were just expecting a lot more I guess. Short and small

This drafting table looks just like the picture from West Chester, PA on 12/24/2014 – Verified Buyer
We bought this drafting table for our son who is a young illustrator in New York City and just bought a studio apartment. My husband put it together. He usually complains when ever he has to put something together, but he this one together in less than 20 minutes and we all admired the result. Although it was inexpensive compared to other drafting tables we were looking at, the wood looks and feels like a much more expensive product. Our son is thrilled with it, uses it often, and it fits in with his somewhat retro decor.

Great piece from Lake Oswego, OR on 01/13/2015 – Verified Buyer
Love that this is solid wood. Looks great in my room. It wasn't too much more difficult to put together than IKEA furniture. If you're not good at IKEA furniture assembly, you may find this one a bit more challenging. The lip at the bottom could have gone all the way from one side to the other for me. I like to be able to set supplies along the bottom lip. Right now, only room to support my drawing pad in a tilted position. I wish you could change the height of the surface because if it's flat it is a high surface, but if it's tilted it makes the surface shorter. A chair that has adjustable heights is necessary with this one if you plan to adjust it into different tilting positions from time to time. I also wish there weren't designated holes in the half moon tilting pieces that the side knobs need to screw into to make it secure. I've noticed others have a better tilting solution with the whole middle section cut out so you can choose any position on the half-moon tilting piece. This one only has around 7 pre-drilled holes evenly spaced apart from one side to the other which makes your secure tilting options very limited. The pre-drilled tilting holes aren't very thought out either, as I would only want to use the middle one for a flat level top or the next one to tilt for drawing, but even the next pre-drilled hole puts the surface in a tilt that is tilted too much downwards. The angle makes it hard to keep more than just your drawing pad on the surface. My pencils and all fall out of my case of drawing materials if I try to set it on the surface at that angle. I am currently using it in between those two holes. I am not even using the holes, which I hope stays secure in it's position anyways. We'll see I guess.

You won't go wrong buying this drafting table! from Milwaukee, WI on 12/17/2014 – Verified Buyer
I ordered this drafting table for Christmas for my daughter and received it in two days! When I opened it to make sure it was okay, it was perfect! I loved it so much that I ordered me one too! The price was very reasonable and this drafting table looks more high-end. Definitely worth the money! I've seen these tables at World Market for over twice the price. This is made very well and is very stable. I highly recommend this product to everyone!

Warning, not height adjustable AT ALL and too high for sitting from Unspecified on 02/15/2015 – Verified Buyer
This table is nicely finished, well made and would be great. Except for a RIDICULOUS design flaw. It is not in any way height adjustable, and the height at which some fool chose to fix it is too high for sitting in a standard chair, and too low for standing. I am at 5'7" pretty much average height. Perhaps if I was to buy an unusually high-adjusting office chair and raise it high enough to where my feet were not touching the floor (extremely uncomfortable) it might be the right height. Otherwise, it is either jammed up in my face or the surface has to be tilted at an extreme angle -- NOT the angle pictured here. And, I need to use it with normal existing chairs. So the table is unusable. Also, the design is such that there is really no way to alter it yourself, even with carpentry, to a reasonable height. Every other drawing/drafting table I have ever used or seen is height adjustable to some degree. They could have at least tried sitting a human being (who is not 6'6" sitting on a bar stool) at the table before deciding to market it. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with this table, and not happy having spent a lot of time putting it together only to discover this.
