Very sturdy. Great height for my 2.5 year old. He loves to draw on both sides. It would have been nice if whiteboard markers and an eraser (suitable for both sides) had been included. Also, there needs to be more of the common letters (a, e, l, m, n...). For example, I can't spell out my child's name because I need 3 N's which are not available.I don't think the mathematical operations needed to be included for this age. Perhaps, more letters and numbers would have been more suitable. Both sides are very easy to clean.

I purchased the mini Easel for Two for my boyfriend's Granddaughters, so they could have something fun to do when they come to visit us. I wasn't sure if they would like it as first, but let me assure you, I couldn't have been more wrong. They absolutely Loved it! Great strong, sturdy plastic parts, fairly light weight & extremely easy to assemble! I am already thinking about getting another one for when our other younger family guests come to visit! Great quality & pretty easy to store! :)
My almost-2-year-old son LOVES this!

The packaging says this product is for 3+, but my almost 2-year-old-son loves playing with this and learning his alphabet. We just make sure we're with him so he doesn't swallow and pieces... but the dog is honestly more likely to do that!
Fun for the little one

Easel for our Granddaughters

I love the easel. One side is chalkboard and one is dry erase board. There is a tray in between the two boards, and a nice one at the bottom of each to hold chalk or dry erase materials. I am using dry erase crayons and washable markers instead of dry erase markers as our 15 month old likes to draw on the wall and dry erase markers aren't washable off other surfaces. I ordered two easels, one for our granddaughters' home and one for our home. I like the Melissa and David one better. It is a perfect size for our 15 month old and 4 year old. The letters and numbers are not being used right now as the children are both young, but it won't be long. The letters and numbers are small, maybe could be a little bigger.

We bought this for our almost-2 year old grandson. It looks just like the picture. We are giving it to him for Christmas.

This product definitely serves it's intended purpose. My only complaint would be that the front shelf only holds about 3-4 paints at a time.

Not only my 7 and 2 yrs old are glued to it but also my husband who is busy solving some maths problem or the other with my older one. Ever since we got this the younger one has stopped scribbling on the wall(well, for most part at least) and smoothly graduated to the easel.
Grandson loves it
