Stakmore True Mission Wood Folding Chair with Vinyl Seat
Great folding chairs.
Kerry-Ann from Westerville, OH– Verified Buyer
These chairs look just like regular chairs and you wouldn't notice that they are folding chairs if they weren't actually folded! They are a bit stiff and hard to open however...hopefully they will loosen the more we use them.
Great Sturdy Chair!
Phyllis from Kettering, OH– Verified Buyer
These are much heavier and sturdier than other chairs I looked at in other catalogs that cost $100 each! I have a small drop leaf table that these match perfectly. The fact that they fold up is perfect for my small apartment that I downsized to. They are a little difficult to unfold and fold again, but once you figure it out it's not bad. Once I got them I discovered they fit perfectly under the table so I probably won't have to fold them up anyway, but having the option to do so is nice. Very thankful my daughter found these for me! They're perfect!

I am really happy with these folding chairs. They are just what I wanted to have on hand for special occasions where we need extra seating. They are as described and pictured. A little tough to open, but not bad. They are really nice and sturdy chairs.

We bought these chairs so we had some extras at holiday time. They are great other than they are tough to open but hopefully they will loosen up. They are very well constructed and look great. I definitely would recommend them.
Study and easy to store..
Jon-Paul from Chicago, IL– Verified Buyer
This product looks good and is stronger than I expected for a folding chair. It takes quite a bit of strength to open however, but not as much to fold back up..
Exactly what I was looking for
Joni from San Jose, CA– Verified Buyer
These chairs are sturdy, comfortable, and don't immediately draw attention to the fact that they're folding chairs. The wood is nice, the vinyl seat is easy to wipe clean (no worries about spilled beverages, etc.), and just what I was looking for when I was planning my party.

Very nice folding chair, the construction is good the quality of the materials is nice, it's easy to fold and unfold for storage.
Havit-please from Lenexa Kansas– Verified Buyer
Better quality than I expected. When folded they do take up more room than standard folding chairs so thats something to be aware of.
Dining chair that folds
Carolyn Stoker from Vista, CA– Verified Buyer
These chairs look like fine dining chairs and feel that way too. Solid construction and feel, without being too bulky. They fold up easily when you want them to, but not while sitting in them. We have replaced a full set of dining room chairs with these since we like them so much.
All of Stakmore's chairs and tables are constructed of solid hardwood that has been dried to the proper moisture content for the North American climate. Why should you care about that? Wood used in furniture that has not been dried properly will give off moisture over time, shrinking, creating gaps in joints, cracking and splitting.
After drying, machining and assembling furniture the most visible part of furniture and the critical point that differentiates most furniture in the customers mind is the finish. Stakmore utilizes a multi-step stain, sealer and topcoat process to provide a rich durable finish on all products.
Stakmore takes great pride in being an environmentally friendly company and has been one for decades. For over 30 years Stakmore has utilized all scrap wood waste and sawdust as fuel to heat their factory and dry the lumber used. In addition Stakmore helps area cabinet shops avoid adding to the landfill by taking their excess wood waste, grinding it up and burning it for fuel. By utilizing 100% of the lumber purchased they reduce their need for fossil fuels.
Even the purchase of lumber takes into consideration renewability. All lumber used comes from managed, sustainable forests. Following managed forestry practices ensures that future generations will have forests and that animals will still have homes.
