The Kinga chair can ship within 2-3 weeks from invoicing. Due to size and weight of Kinga and its packaging, it will be shipped with truck freight. The customer's complete satisfaction is our goal. All SourceSeating chairs are guaranteed against structural failure for lifetime of normal commercial use by original purchaser. All mechanisms and controls are guaranteed for full five years and all upholstered materials for full three years of normal commercial use (single shift) or prorated equivalent for multi-shift use.

In addition to Source Seating's Limited Lifetime Warranty, we also offers 30 day return policy from time of invoicing. You may return purchase for any reason within 30 days, in new condition and in original packaging, for refund of purchase price excluding %10 restocking fee and our actual outbound shipping costs.
