SentrySafe Security Safe (0.8 Cu.Ft.)
I feel sentry safer.

My new safe is truly our first real safe and it sure beats hiding valuables and money in oh so many places around the house. Just knowing my property is protected from fire is also a great comfort to all my family. Our safe is heavy and feels solid all around which is something you don't get using a shoebox. All thumbs up no with complaints from this household.

We HAD a similar model. The electrical lock will malfunction on its own over time, forcing you to drill it open. Sentry will not provide/sell parts once a safe is drilled open for repairs. Basically you are throwing your $$$ away. From the mouths of locksmiths - "Sentry Safe is good only to keep the honest people out. If someone really wants to get in - they can pry this open very easily, or peel the steel off without any issue. These are toss aways. They are good for fire protection, but that's about it."
How safe is safe

I am leery about the security of this safe because the bolts holding the door anchor into plastic. I am sure a crow bar can open this very easily. Am I wrong. Please advise.
Little on the $ high side but good safe.

Nice safe at good price

We got this safe to store important documents and a few pieces of quality jewelry. It's a nice safe for under [$]. It's not too heavy so if you don't want it carried away it has to be bolted to something. Easy to open, roomy enough for all our stuff, and piece of mind for a fire.
