Beware the time delay is preset at 5 minutes and Sentry corporation is not willing to adjust this. The customer service at Sentry had the we don't care attitude when asked to adjust the time delay. All theft safety and security experts and law enforcement organizations recommend a minimum of 8 minutes time delay. Why is Sentry so adamant about not allowing us to adjust the length of time delay Was this helpful? Yes / No
