For over 40 years Scholar Craft has been committed to designing and manufacturing school furniture that is durable, attractive and ergonomically constructed to promote learning. Their furniture is a lasting investment that promotes quality education.
Compare MIG-welded frames to any other manufacturer's. Their legs and back supports are 14- and 16-gauge tubular steel--one gauge heavier than most manufacturer's. For even more strength, they've incorporated a crossover leg design--an industry first. To insure a long life and attractive appearance, all frame elements are individually nickel chromed prior to assembly. With Scholar Craft you are assured a finish that's hard, bright and virtually maintenance free.
At Scholar Craft, they believe that their products are of superior quality and the best value available. They are committed to total quality control and absolute customer service. To ensure your satisfaction, Scholar Craft offers what many consider the most reliable on-time delivery in the industry. And they back everything they manufacture with one of the industry's best comprehensive warranties. In short they build quality into everything they manufacture, and Scholar Craft complements their products with unsurpassed service. When it comes to value, Scholar Craft sets the standard.
With the addition of a new facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas and Irondale, Alabama, Scholar Craft now features over 430,000 square feet of manufacturing space. With the added ability to mass produce folding and activity tables as well as painted sheet metal delivery times should be faster and more reliable than ever.
All Scholar Craft tables are constructed with pride at Fort Smith, Arkansas facility. Tops on Scholar Craft tables are Board of Education approved and conform to all relevant ANSI and NEMA standards. Scholar Craft and their customers believe the quality, design, materials and construction that go into their tables make them the best value on the market today. Scholar Craft purchased the plant assets of Samsonite Commercial Furniture in May 2002. The same finely designed product as produced previously is now being produced and marketed as Scholar Craft Commercial Furniture.
