The problems with the product are as follows: 1. The front axle support is not aligned and the tires make a noticeable acute angle with the ground instead of being perpendicular with the surface; 2. The holes in the yoke were not drilled to the size and I had to bend the yoke to place it onto the center stud of the front axle support and the steering link connector; 3. The included convex nuts are made of weak metal and some of them broke during assembly; 4. The spring washers are also very weak and do not serve the purpose well; 5. The threads where the hex nuts go are poorly cut making tightening and loosening the nuts problematic. That being said, Wayfair customer service was superb!

This is a life saver..well built and strong. I use it for everything,,before I had to walk from one end of property to the other going back and forth a million times. Now I just put all items in wagon and done in one trip.
