Originally researched sandboxes online and didn't like what I read in the reviews not even for the more expensive ones.

Spent a lot of time looking at different boxes, brands, and reviews. Would go with this again. Do not have anything to compare it to but quality is great! Even the cover is just fine. Read in some reviews that the cover is bad but I disagree. Purchased for sons third birthday and do not regret! We just finished building our new home with nice new landscaping and the box fits right in. Definitely recommend!
Super High Quality and Attractive!

In my opinion, this is the best sandbox out there! Looks great! SO easy to assemble (just make sure you follow the directions pertaining to the numbers on each piece. The side pieces look the same but they are not.)! So high quality! No maintenance required - no need to waterproof. Very sturdy.
Quick and easy set up

This was really easy to set up. I was done in about 20 minutes. It took longer to put all the sand in it than put it together. The size is good. My kids are 3 and 6 and they both play in it together. So far the cover has held up well. I put the seats together in the center of the sandbox and put the cover over them to create tent that keeps the rain from sitting on the cover.

I think it's a bit overpriced. Not a bad purchase though - wish the cover was more durable and the design was a little more sturdy (could use cross-members). Overall though, I'm satisfied with the product. My grandson (4 years old) spends a great deal of time playing in it per week. I would purchase it again unless I found one that addressed the issues I highlighted.
Awesome sand box

The plastic used to make this is commercial quality. The top has been durable thus far--we've had outside in the Northwest since Spring rains, through a warm summer, and now with the cooler weather and it seems to be holding up really well-I saw this a a frequent complaint in reviews, but so far, handles the Northwest really well.
so far so good

One benefit that I hadn't considered is the ease of putting it away for the winter. RAther than leaving it in the yard to weather, we'll be able to pack it away in the attic as each piece disassembles and is very light. Still sturdy enough when placed together to handle the sand (about 18 5# bags worth) and kids). Thought it would be the perfect size for two kids to not get in each other's way, and it should be. But human nature - the kids still play in the exact same spot with half the sandbox unused. Maybe a barrier in the next version?! The seats are a very nice bonus and the cover is very sturdy. I didn't realize the cover would be a bit loose - they recommend putting an exercise-sized ball in the middle of the box to prop up the cover. That way water drains off. Good idea but we don't have anything similar. If I'd known about that I would have suggested it as a kids birthday gift.

The kids enjoy this! One of the straps broke on the cover. You need to remove the side seats before covering. Also if you put a large ball in the middle, then put the cover on, it keeps the rain from getting inside.

This sandbox did not disappoint. It is exactly as it appears in the picture. The grandchildren love it. It has plenty of room for the two of them to play and it's nice that it has two seats so there are no squabbles over who gets a seat.

EASY assembly. Like the chairs. Cover has held up so far. A little pricey, but so aren't most of the sandboxes that I saw. You'll likely want a balance ball or the like to allow rain run off from the cover (put under cover in sandbox).
