Good solid cart

The cart went together easily. You can put the shelves where you want. The cart is solid and good for equipment. I only gave it a 4 star because one of the end caps on a leg came broken. However, I called them and they are sending me a replacement without any hassle. So, I would say their support is pretty good!
so far so good

Product turned out to be much wider than I realized. Can be a good thing or not depending on your situation Not as stable as it should be. Top shelf sticks out farther than other shelves. Too much weight or weight distributed unequally on top shelf can cause unit to be even more unstable or to fall. Do not lean on unit. Have no idea why unit has drop through paper feed.

Other than 3 of the 4 plastic foot pads being broken in the box, the product is nice. It is a nice quality overall and looks good in my office. It seemed an expensive upgrade to choose the 4 shelves vs the 3 shelf version, but I thought it was worth having the extra storage space, even if there isn't much space between them. I managed to fit a 2nd printer in there, and it leaves 1 of the remaining 2 shelves not very functional. I'm also not sure why one of the shelves has the long hole in it since it must be rare to use dot matrix printer paper, so I have it strategically as the bottom shelf so it's not noticeable.
Good design, poor instructions

Product went together well with no problems. As a tip to the next purchaser, loosely assemble the stand and then tighten everything up with it is assembled.
