this item is very handy and saves alot of walking time because it is so convenient. For business use. Assembly was easy.

Am almost 100 pleased. Only downside is you cannot pick up a side of the cart to roll it up onto carpet or over a threshold because the wheels fall out. They did not make the carts or the wheel components to snap into place. Instead they fit in so loosely that they fall out whenever the cart has to be lifted more than 12 by either a side or a corner.

it looks good but tips over too easily
