A practical well designed product

I have put the desk together but have not yet used it (waiting for new computer). The instructions for putting it together were good, all the parts and most of the tools were there and everything fits. My only complaint would be that the wood screws would tighten only with great difficulty. I ended up enlarging the pilot holes a small amount. The result was only moderate difficulty and tight joints. I would recommend that the manufacturer enlarge these pilot holes. The desk is handsome and the sliding shelves work smoothly so far. I expect to enjoy using this.
A "spendy" but nice work station.

Purchased this workstation for my home office, as I am space conserving here. Comes in 4 diff colors....I chose Cherry. The pros are: VERY well made; quality construction & parts used; the adjustable height is great; looks nice. The cons: time-consuming, somewhat difficult assembly;2 steel cross supports just below keyboard drawer decrease a lot of your lower storage; I wish the keyboard drawer had a lock-open feature like my last one. Finally, it's a little spendy for a small work station but,for the most part, I am pleased with my purchase. My improvement suggestion to Safco would be to maximize the storage space within the same size unit.

The desk is just ok for me. I got the one with the cherry finish and it looks cheap to me, I was expecting it to look a little richer. It reminds me of those cheap folding tables. The construction is ok but I had trouble getting one of the wheels to press into the bottom and it bent and doesn't spin well. Overall, I'm underwhelmed but it's reasonably functional.
