I have had chronic back problems for years, but after using the computer work station for just a month my back felt alot better. I have had this workstation for about 9 months now and have recomended it to many co-workers with back issues. The keyboard tray slides out smoothly, and the castors are large enough to roll across carpet (they lock, too).
