Not exactly what I expected...

I ordered the 24x36 rack and have positioned it on a counter the way it is in the picture. My school purchased this so teachers could store their poster board and where I thought we'd be able to insert them vertically, we have to insert them horizontally because they don't fit completely the other way. The other bad part is the plastic strip that lines the top and the bottom came cracked and now it doesn't look so great. With all that being said we do like that is has eight compartments and was priced decently.
