Exactly What I Wanted
Leslie from Santa Rosa, CA
Okay, so.. Wayfair has been extremely helpful with all of my questions. Purchasing something this big online is not easy. I decided to go with the brown color. At first, when looking at the pictures and countless videos online I was a little worried that it might be too big. I got it in my home with a little help from my brothers and it looks perfect! After a couple of beers we finally got the chair together and we all took turns. It is a bit loud, but man I am telling you the massage is basically perfect. I get my weekly massages from a therapist and this is comparable to what I get. I really wish that I went with the 3D massage that Osaki has, but for now this is fine.

This chair was a gift to myself to have the convenience of a massage without going to the spa. The health benefits were an added gift that I hadn't planned on. The chair is beyond what I expected - looks good and is now a treat that I look for at the end of the day. Great quality, best investment that I have made yet - would recommend to everyone.

Great chair. Very versatile. Able to pinpoint spots for massage. Love the zero-G feature. Only complaint is I wish it had roller balls to massage the bottom of my feet. It only has air bags that press the sides and bottom of your feet. Love this chair!

This chair is great. It was very easy to put together and is very simple to operate. It give a better massage than I thought it would. I would recommend this chair for anyone. I just bought it and I never knew I had so many friends.
Make a Massage Chair for Use of the Bedridden
Iola from Columbia, MD– Verified Buyer
I bought the chair for my daughter who is bedridden with MS. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to get her in the chair with the Hoya Lift because the back of the chair does not go down. I thought zero gravity meant that the chair would recline like a bed. Also, the chair would be more useful if there were a belt that would hold her in the chair. On the other hand, I enjoyed using the chair. But, why not make the chair suitable for the use of individuals like my daughter.
