nice chair but difficult to assemble

It's a pretty comfortable chair but my biggest complaint is that I cannot seem to get it balanced for the life of me. It constantly leans to one side and therefore makes the claim that it's ergonomic invalid.

Looks good at a reasonable price. Would love to purchase AERON but out of our budget.
