I do not understand a whole lot about chairs, but from my experience this chair is really comfortable given the price. The seat cushion is good and so are the adjustable arms. Good quality and well made. For me the main point is the back support, it has a a very good lumbar support and you may also rest your head if you are average height of 5 ft 8 in (like me). Great Chair, highly recommended.

Comfortable.

As most products, this is designed to accommodate people of average or short height. For people who are taller, the seat back is too short, and thus it becomes uncomfortable to lean back for extended periods of time. But if you are short or average in height, it is a fine and probably very comfortable chair.

A nice value office chair. Not the cheapest, but one of good quality. This was for my wife, and she just loves it.[...]

Very easy to assemble--I did two of them in 40 minutes while watching tv. The allen wrench assembly is tiresome, though, and I didn't know if it could be adapted it to power tools. Very comfortable for hours at a time, but I don't know how it would be for a full-time work chair. Great value!

This chair is one of several we have ordered and it is probably one of the favorites. Since we started ordering from Wayfair it has made my life a lot simpler. Most of the time when someone needs a chair I can get the exact chair they want from Wayfair and get it faster and cheaper than anywhere else.
