This chair is comfortable and supportive. Assembly was relatively simple and the materials seem to be of good quality. One small complaint: the arms remain a bit wobbly no matter how much I tighten them. Overall, a very good purchase.

Easy to assemble even at age 69. Using at kitchen table as it is easy to get in and out of, work on my computer, and watch TV from. Like the easy adjustment for updown, tilt seat and back adjustment. Simply pust one of the three levers.

I LOVE this chair!! Has so many different positions and supports my back no matter how I'm sitting! Back adjusts, seat adjusts 2 different ways!! Arms adjust! So very comfortable!

This chair is not comfortable even thought it has many adjustment options. The chair started creaking with the first month and has gotten even more noisy since. The vinyl on the padded arms began cracking after about 6 months....not really anything good I can say about this chair except it assembled very easily.

I needed something to ease my back problems and this chair filled my needs. I love it - it was affordable and Wayfair was an awesome company to deal with. I would recommend the chair and Wayfair to anyone.

I thought this chair was very reasonably priced for one with a leather cover, high back, padded arms and multiple adjustment features. After a month of trying to adjust this chair in every position imaginable, I have given up on it ever being really comfortable. There are positions in which the back feels supportive but the seat cushion is annoying, and others in which the seat is nicely supportive but the back lacks lumbar support. All the parts seem to be made reasonably well. I've checked to make sure there are no assembly errors. I've come to the conclusion, as did others here, that the chair's design is flawed or at least not entirely suitable for someone of average height and weight.

Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. Provides great back support and moves several different ways to accomodate your posture.

Rather like airplane seats, there is no middle and lower back support and it has a hollow well in that region. I had to go out and but a low back support device. I would not have bought it if I knew this beforehand.
