Chair The chair I received was fine. The customer service, and shipping service offered delivery by Dec 24, but many days after Dec. 25 the chair arrived. Complained, but, tough luck. Will never order from Wayfair again. Very disappointed. |

Good chair! I'm happy with this chair. It came quickly and was easy enough to assemble. The assembly manual has no words (only a few diagrams), but I was able to follow it. The only part that tripped me up was inserting the wheels into the base--you just push them in using brute force (of which I don't have a ton). My favorite thing about this chair is the seat cushion--it feels amazing, and for hours on end. I just love touching it, it feels that good. I hope that it remains the same over the years. I also like that the lumbar support is adjustable. This is not an advertised feature for some reason, but you can move the lumbar support bar up and down about 3". I also like that you can lean so far back with a looser tilt adjustment. You can also take off the cover for the chair back for washing. This chair is pretty adjustable, without the price tag of a proper ergonomic chair. The seat height is, of course, adjustable, as is the depth (during assembly). The arms are adjustable up and down as well as in and out (during assembly). The up and down adjustment can get annoying because you can accidentally move them down, and will have to re-lock them. There are some negatives--hence only four stars. Although adjustable, the lumbar support can be a bit uncomfortable. I'm not sure if I'm not finding the right spot for it to hit my back, but the pressure feels a bit blunt because there isn't much cushion at all between your back and the hard foam (?) of the lumbar support bar. Also, for those of you who would like to recline in this chair, it actually only locks in the upright position (so no three position tilt lock!). This isn't much of a problem if you untighten the tension--it won't require much force/weight on your part to hold it in the reclined position (I'm 120 lbs). Furthermore, there is no head support. I'm 5'3", so the back of the chair goes up to the middle of my head--I just use a small pillow for cushioning my head, so no problem. Overall, I'm satisfied with this buy, and I would recommend it! |

Great gift for Daddy! The chair is very nice and comfortable enough to sit in for hours without strain. The lumbar support stays in place nicely to my surprise. The wheels roll okay on carpet without anyone in the chair, but once there is some weight on the chair it is a little tougher, which I would think of as normal since it is carpet. The adjustable arms do not have a button for adjustment, but you pull up and they click in place. There are several settings and when you want them to go back down you just have to pull them all the way up. I got this chair as a Father's Day gift and it did not even compare to any other highback chairs at the regular office supply stores! The nice metal base finish also looks a lot nicer than the plastic bases on our other chairs. We are very happy with the chair (and so is the cat!). |

Not tall and no midle position lock It is not a bad chair but:1. If this is tall what is regular. I am 6.1 and my shoulders end almost at the end of the back so this sorta headrest is useless.2. A bigger problem is that it does not lock in any position but the upright one. So their super duper lock system is just a gimmick that exists on[$] chair. |

Great Great chair, comfortable, adjustable, easy to assemble and good support. Only wish is that the arms could come in a little more. |

Great Work/Gaming Chair This chair is great overall. It's very comfortable, and the tilt control makes it even better. One thing I don't like is the design of the armrest height adjustment. You pull up gradually, click by click, but it's too easy to reach the top click and then have to go all the way back down to the bottom and start again. Not a major issue, just a minor annoyance. |

Nice! I use it for work/computer/24hr chair in my apt. Highly adjustable, the features i find great are +its adjustable-lumbar-supported tall back covers to top of my head.. in which i can even sleep +The base stays comfortably flat 'enough' when i lean back +height adjustable arm rests as well as chair itself +Upright/leaning choice with a choice for lean tension + supports my 240 lbs effortlessly with a wide enough base to seat me +one of the best with all the necessary ergonomic functions in the price range |

Ms. I am happy with the chair. My main reason for buying the chair was the seat. I was looking for something I could sit in for longs period of time. I like the way the armrest do not crowd me. |

Love it! I ordered 6 of these chairs for my department. It is very comfortable. I like the various features (i.e. adjustable arms, lock position, height adjustment). This particular chair actually forces you to have good posture while you're sitting at your desk but is also comfortable. The only problem we had was that the seat could use a little extra padding. If you are looking for a chair that is designed for extensive periods of time sitting at a desk typing, you may want to consider this one. Very good support! |
