Buying chair online was mistaje

It was my mistake buying furniture online. There is no means to try any of the parameters. The office chair I purchased is very good looking, [...] and was very easy to assemble, but it is very unconfortable for me and my family. The lowest hight adjustment is too high and I my legs does not rest on the floor. I constatly strugle to find better position to sit.
