Many office chairs on the market lack the long term suspension to support users over 200 lbs. They tend to sink into the column and you end up sitting 4-5 inches lower at full height than when you purchased the chair. I've had this chair for several months, and so far so good. There are two reasons I only give it 4 stars. One is the casters, which are plastic and already starting to grind a little when I move back and forth in the chair. It would be a much better solution to use a metal caster with a non-marking tire I'm already planning to replace them, By the way, I only weigh 215 lbs, and these chairs are rated for 350 lbs, supposedly. The second reason is the level of comfort. The cushioning is very stiff, which can cause some limitations in circulation of blood in your legs if you sit in it for long periods of time. Not good for an office chair if you spend long hours at a computer.
Big Person chair
Richard from Madison, AL – Verified Buyer
chair is very heavy duty it is not to hard to put together leave bolts loose till there all started. If you have tools it helps if you use a long handle allen wrench instead of theres. I really like it ,its well made. It don't roll good on carpet im getting a hard plastic matt for the chair. It took 2 fedex people to carry it in for me if that tells you anything. If your 265 to 350 this chair is for you maybe even heavier You will need at lease 29 inches wide by 25.5 inches high on your desk were your legs go. You might need some help putting this together. I didn't but I worked 35 years in industial maintence. Hope this helped yall.

No assembly instructions, so had to call to have them emailed. 1st step--put casters on. Except only 1 of 5 casters would stay on the holes, and that one barely, so it was wobbly. Did not have any padding on the arms at all. Even the plastic parts were a thin cheap plastic they did not bother to trim. Got refund. When I asked what to do with this 70# in pieces thing, I was told to take it to the thrift store. I said no thrift store would take an in pieces chair that could not be assembled. She said, the Goodwill will. I said the nearest Goodwill is 75 miles away. So either I pay to take it to the dump, gas and time included, or I pay with gas & time to do a 150 mile round trip to see if the Goodwill will take it. Either way, this 60 yr. old female back with disabilities is going to take a beating, and probably end up at the doctors (says Ryan on profile, but he is my boss who paid for it). Buyer Beware on this one!!!! none everything

Lives up to its description. Very comfortable and sturdy. The only reasons it does not get a 5 is 1) The left arm bolt holes did not line up fully with the nut inserts so I had to ream out the holes to get arm on. 2) Even at its lowest level the chair is to high for wife. I would buy again & would recommend to friend after I told them about the 2 short comings.
Great chair, get help with assembly.
Amit from Lawrenceville, GA – Verified Buyer
This chair is very comfortable for the big & tall, built well, and made from genuine leather, however, the assembly is a challenge as the holes for the arm rests were drilled slightly off making for a job best handled by two people. This is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5. In the end, the challenge was worth it for the great quality of this chair at a reasonable price.
Eco leather executive chair
Sandra from Glendale, CA – Verified Buyer
Got this because of the eco leather. It looks great at the office. The leather may need to be broken in more. It is a little bit harder than I would have liked. But all in all, looks great!
Jeremy from Rockland, ID – Verified Buyer
Well built. Back support is a little hard. Didn't have any trouble with the building process. The key is to leave bolts loose until all assembled. Happy with the purchase.
