Office Star Deluxe Multi Function Mid-Back Leather Office Chair with Arms

This is a good sturdy chair. It's a little hard to manipulate, but I think it's just something I have to get used to. The cushion is a little tough too, but I'm sure it will soften up with some use.

Comfortable, highly adjustable and very well built - this is a great chair. The one in my office has now lasted three years without signs of wear so I brought another for my home office.

I didn't have too hard of time putting it together, seeing as how I usually don't do well in the in the 'construction department' and the instructions were close to useless. Would have given this chair 5 stars were it not for the lousy instruction sheet.

Pros: Comfortable Easy To Assemble Good Lumbar Support Rolls Smoothly Cons: nothing to complain about.... I use this product every day, this is comfortable leather chair with lumbar support and multi function control. I love it. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend and I would like this product again. Plus they have excellent customer service.

I sit for long hours at the computer. Previously I had to stack pillows on my old chair to sit at the computer for even short stretches. I have horrible back pain sitting on almost every chair. Once assembled, I set my chair preferences. My back is supported thanks to the ratchet back on the highest setting (wish it went up a tad more, hits above the base of my head. I'm 5'8'.). The seat breaks in a little with time because of the leather upholstery. Leather did have that new smell for the first couple of months. Even though I have multiple chemical sensitivities and am very sensitive to odors, I managed by airing it in a sunny room for a week or so before using. Assembled easy, sturdy, excellent chair, excellent value.

We purchased this chair for a 6'3" Executive. He wanted a professional looking chair that would "fit" him. He wanted versatility with adjustable arms, back and seat. That is hard to find in an executive looking chair. He works at his desk for 8-10 hours a day and this chair supports his back and body. Great value for the features. Have to say we looked at a lot of executive, ergonomic chairs. Some of the newer ergonomic chairs looked too "modern" for his office and didn't always fit a tall man. The instructions to assemble the chair were only drawings. It took many hours! Searching for a chair on-line can be tedious and you can't see or sit in it. [...]

Thick padding, but could be softer.

I work at a computer for extended periods of time at work and at home. Work bought this chair, and I liked it so much, I bought one for home. Work bought the chairs about four years ago and I bought a copy for home, just recently. Same model number as work. The seat is slightly different as far as stitch pattern, and I think its a bit longer, where long is the direction parallel to hips and knees on the seat. At 5'8", on some chairs the seat is too long for me to get comfortable in and rubs against the back of my knees. The work seat is perfect, the seat on this one is just a smidge larger and rubs a little but, but still entirely comfortable. This chair really works for me. I spend untold hours sitting on it, and an uncomfortable chair ruins the back. This one works quite well, and I don't feel quite so beat up after a long shift. I'd have given five stars if the seat were identical. I'm still very happy with the purchase, and it's a great deal from Wayfair.

[...]For bad back problems this is the chair to get, very comfortable! Back rest a little unstable. The bolts don't seem to tighten enough. Over all great deal!

Everything on this chair is adjustable. Leather seems decent, back support is very good. Excellent value.
