And another thing, the pneumatic height adjustment doesn't work either. I bought this chair when it was a special for $81.00 and it is not returnable. Stuck with a sh...y chair.

Three pieces for the chair were damaged. The plastic piece that covers the welds for the legs was cracked. The plastic handle for the pneumatic adjustment was cracked. And the plate that screws on the bottom of the chair was bent. I left the cover for the welds off. Gorilla glued the handle and screwed the plate on tight enough to bend the metal back. Wouldn't let a heavyweight sit in this chair. You get what you pay for.
