Comfortable seating for long periods....

Overall I am pleased with the chair. I is comfortable for extended time periods. I would like a little more seat depth (from behind knees to seat back) and a height adjustable head rest. Also the arm rests could extend further toward the rear of the chair. These are not complaints but comments relative to maximum customization for me.
