A handsome desk chair The chair is ample size and comfortable. However, the mechanisms are not smoothly functioning or easy to manipulate. Also the foot rest return procedure is not easy. |

Great idea, though uncomfortable Its a nice idea to recline, though it doesn't recline far enough. The armrests are really low, almost no point in having them. Not comfortable after 10 minutes as it feels as if your butt needs air. Two chairs I received and both were scratched up pretty badly on the base from the factory. |

Planning to buy another This chair is amazing! I bought it approximately three years ago and it works as well now as when I received it. In my opinion, it is very comfortable and goes beyond my expectations insofar as the price is concerned. I love all the control mechanisms. Frankly, again considering the price, I do not understand why some people rated this chair so low. I would recommend this chair to anyone who wants to be comfortable, wants to change positions and have a foot rest without having to bother with an ottoman. In case anyone worders why I would purchase another if I rated this one so high? It's because I bought a second desk and would like other people to enjoy this chair as much as I do. |

great chair Use the chair in my home office for long hours. The chair is easy to assemble and is quite comfortable. The footrest is a little difficult to push back under the chair, otherwise no complaints. |

Very good value Very good value. Foot/leg rest is a little difficult to extend/retract but I am mobility limited and it is most likely my problem, not the chairs. Lumbar support could be better for me but may be perfect for you. A rolled up towel or small cushion is all that is needed. Assembly was easy. Just take your time. |

Not what I expected. I was very disappointed with this chair. The design and quality are both very poor. The arms are too low, the design and build of the leg support is poor. When the chair is reclined and the leg support raised, you feel like you're sliding out of the chair. I would have NEVER purchased this chair if I had tried it out in a store. My mistake! |

Best of both worlds I looked everywhere for an office-type chair I could use in my home office at my desk/with my computer, but one that would recline with a retractable footrest when I wanted to swivel around and watch TV or a movie. All of the shops that specialize in chairs and the business supplier chains said that such a beast did not exist. Apparently they were wrong. I'd give it five stars if it were even more comfortable, but I realize for the price that's asking for too much. It's certainly comfortable enough. |

Not what I hoped for Had I been able to sit in it prior, I would have known it wasn't what I was after. Mind you, it is not bad, just not as good as I wanted. If you want an office chair that reclines, you go from this one to the Lafer Liza at $1800+; I'm now saving for the Lafer. For a couple hours, this chair is fine. I need something for all-day as I work from home often, and I spend a lot of time in the office even when not working. After a few hours in this chair, I am squirming for comfort. The reclining function works well, though it is creaky and somewhat simplistic in operation. Padding is adequate. Unfortunately it does not rock, so there goes the ability to lean back with my feet on the desk. The leg extension piece keeps me from tucking my legs under, so that removes another sitting position. Overall it rates a solid "eh" based on my needs, not necessarily my expectations. |

Great recliner. It's what I was looking I use this recliner at my desk. I can turn, recline and watch a small tv behind my desk. The leg rest is a little short but ok. i really like it.catfish |
