OFM 405 Guest Chair

Of the chair I ordered, there is nothing substantial for the screws which hold the back to the frame to screw into, so the screws never tighten; essentially they are stripped and the back now flops around with no support. If all the chairs of this model are like this one, then this problem will be inherent to all chairs. Also, regular maintenance is required; every six months the chair has to be checked for loose screws. If they had included washers, this probably wouldn't be needed. Can you imagine a reception room with dozens of these chairs all needing maintenance every six months (eight screws in all, including the four in the back which never tighten)?

Clean, nice, comfortable chair, perfect for an office, since you can wipe it clean. But realize that you do have to put it together -- need to be a bit handy with tools.

These chairs were just what we were looking for in our exam rooms. Assembly was easy and we really appreciated the "no tax, no shipping" promotion. We found these chairs at a competitor for $100 more per chair!
