I'm a big guy, so I needed something very sturdy. So I thought banquet chairs take a beating, if I could just get them from the source.... Turns out Wayfair prices were even lower than NPS' directly. I ordered the black vinyl black frame. They look great and it seems like they will last a long time. Bought them for my dining room table, but now I'm finding other places they would be handy too. I'm sitting on one as I type this, it sure beats the wooden chairs they replaced for comfort. Chairs were shipped quickly and packaged well. Great customer service too! Was this helpful? Yes / No

I ordered 3 sets and only received 3 single chairs. After a phone call and several e-mails, Wayfair refused to send the other 3 chsirs or refund half my money since i only received half of what i ordered and paid for. This is the second issue of similar circumstances that i experienced with Wayfair. Shop around before ordering from this company or take your chances of being deceived as i was. Was this helpful?
