National Public Seating Height Adjustable Drafting Stool with Footring

These stools remind me of Science class in grade school. They are sturdy, well built and charming. I have not needed to install the adjustable legs as they are already at a good height for most uses.

I purchased 4 stools to use in my home daycare. The children using the stools are 3-5 years old. I know the stools seem a bit tall for this age but that is because my math and science shelf is built to be out of reach of infants and toddlers. These stools work great for their intended use. They are adjustable, sturdy, and stable. The seats are unpainted "masonite" which I like the looks of. I looked on other school supply sites for the same stools, but Wayfair beat the competition hands down [...] I'd recommend this product and this retailer if you are in the market for a metal adjustable "utility" type stool.

Only part to assemble was inserting adjustable legs--impressed with the quality for the price. Sturdy, functional, and a few bolts adjust the height to anyone's pleasure. Great for a hard to fit snack bar!

Sturdy construction for the money. The seat inserts stain easily, so you need to go for that "character" look or paint the inserts.

Great tall functional chairs. The seats are a little difficult to clean. Greay fingerprints are difficult to remove/

I purchased these after seeing Martha Stewart having similar seating in her kitchen. Utilitarian chic!

we bought these for our kitchen barstools. We needed the extra high seats [...] These are sleek and modern and I love the look. I also like that they came assembled.

This stool is great. Very reasonable price. They came in the mail very promptly, were easy to put together (although one stool was missing 4 screws needed to adjust the legs, but luckily we had some that fit), the design is classic and retro and they fit in perfectly at my kitchen counter.

The stools are used in our 2nd and 3rd grade Sunday School class. They work better than chairs, since the kids move around and they are easier to get in and out of.

Purchased these for our extra tall counter seating! Very happy with them! LOVE their look! I think they are a good fit for many different looks.
