I love it. I've had it for 2 years and only HAD to use it once when we lost power in the winter. it kept my basement cosy and the rest of the house tolerable. It's the peace of mind knowing I have it as and emergency backup.

Wow, this thing will make you run sweating from your house! It works great! It's so nice that they offer it to hook into your natural gas line so you don't have to worry about running out of propane. Yes it gets chilly in Orlando-for at least a couple nights out of the year. We use this on a covered back porch to keep our kinkajou warm at night. She's nice and toasty and happy to be able to stay outside in the winter. (For anyone sitting there saying to themselves What the heck is a kinkajou...look it up, best pet ever).

delivered in 3 days as opposed to the 6 days it said it might take. came in good condition. directions were fairly thorough. hookup was fairly easy. i bought a hookup kit at loews for about 35$ was worth it. make sure you hold the pilot button and igniter for quite awhile the first time. works well. i wish the thermostat temperatures were closer together with each setting.1 on mine is 63 degrees and 2 is 72, i didnt get high enough for setting 3. too warm for me. if your sensitive to fumes like i am you can tell its on and can get to be too much if its all your using. in cold weather il mix it with the furnace or just the furnace fan for moving the air throughout the house. nice unit.

Excellent. Fast shipping and works perfectly. Highly recommended. The shell remains relatively cool, warm not hot. It has a glass screen separating the flames from the environment. Simple to operate.

We have the heater in our lower level, about 1500 sq ft. It keeps it toasty warm even at 20 below zero outside. Easy to install too.

I bought this heater to go in my garage. I have a 700 sq ft insulated garage. The ceilings are 12' high. It took about 2 hours to warm the garage to toasty warm with outside temps in the teens. After that I have kept it on the lowest setting and it keeps it at 70-75 degrees. It comes on for a couple of minutes and the fan blows intermittently. Although I haven't had it long enough to see my gas bill, I feel sure it will be low. It doesn't run that much. I installed it myself (piece of cake). The only drawback would be if you used it indoors. The fan is a bit noisy. But the fan doesn't run much.

After talking with Mr Heater technical, I learned that the blower is not thermostatically controlled and is functioning correctly by their design. I read into the description something that was not there.
