Great Chair! from McKinney, TX on 10/19/2014 – Verified Buyer
I actually got the white, armless version of this chair on clearance. So, one of the legs was a bit broken (my guess is from someone trying to hammer in the casters) but it still operates fine and I can't even tell. I work on it all day and haven't had any issues with it being uncomfortable. However, I'm 5'2" and as such, have pretty short legs. I had to put a throw pillow behind my back in order to utilize the back of the chair and keep my legs from falling asleep. I'm sure a bottom cushion would make the chair even more comfortable, but it hasn't bothered me yet. As some other reviewers have noted, the casters are a little bit tricky but I had no issues using a rubber mallet to gently pound them in. The chair took maybe 5 minutes to put together and feels very sturdy. The small arm that allows you to adjust the height is sort of ugly. It's much larger and sticks out way further than it needs to considering how often it would be used. I spray painted mine black to cover the LARGE white and red lettering/arrows and now it doesn't bother me. I'm currently ordering a second one for my husband! Good chair at any price, awesome at this one!

An ok chair from Houston, TX on 10/21/2014 – Verified Buyer
I have the chair in white without the additional arms. Overall it's a decent chair, but a bit uncomfortable due to the pressed seat. If they had bothered to scallop it out it would be infinitely more comfortable. The paint is some uninspiring flattish white. Almost looks like it needs a finishing coat. That said, it is holding up over the last four months. The connection to the back looks pretty thin without the arms, but it seems to hold up well, what is much more annoying is the amount of squeaking it does whenever shifting around on it. Overall, I'd give it a 3.5, rounding it up to the 4 star review you see.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! Just what I wanted from Baytown, TX on 11/18/2014 – Verified Buyer
Love this chair. Bought one locally and took it back. It was a piece of junk. My husband couldn't even use the screws. They were so cheap, they stripped the first time he tried to put them in. I went on line to Wayfair, and there it was, the style I really wanted. Ordered it, and it came pronto. Easy to assemble. Sits nice. I'm short so the adjustability is great. The best thing is it matches my husband's bankers chair and his is an original from an old bank. Nice price, easy assemble, looks great none

Stark Contrast from Downers Grove, IL on 06/07/2014 – Verified Buyer
The chair was easy to put together. My husband had no problem securing the casters. I put together the rest on my own. The seat is large and easy to adjust. from the seat up, it is lovely. The color is bright white, however, which contrasts with the black bellows and pneumatic cylinder -- it sort of looks like a storm trooper chair from Star Wars. Chrome would look much better, I think. I am going to try adding a pillow to lessen the contrast between the white and black. I would like to return it, perhaps for the medium fruitwood stain, but I do not want to dis-assemble the chair and go through the return process.

Just what Ive been looking for! from Covington, WA on 11/24/2013 – Verified Buyer
I had been looking for achair like this for months and didn't want to pay $400 for it from a favorite store of mine. I found this on Wayfair and was absolutely ecstatic! The chair is identical to what I had been looking for. The seat is wide, which is great for comfort. I ordered it in the espresso color and it has a little bit of a reddish undertone to it but is still a nice dark brown. I just ordered a cushion for it as well to make it more comfortable!
