Perfect for Tween-age child
Michelle from Le Sueur, MN– Verified Buyer
This chair will work perfect for our 11 year old at his new desk. It is definitely not designed for a larger person and would not expect it to hold up under heavy weight. But for what we bought it for, it will be functional. It assembles pretty easily. Our 11 year old put it together almost all by himself. One of the casters arrived defective, but after a phone call to the friendly customer service department, it was replaced in just a couple of days and works beautifully. My son is very pleased with his new chair.

Purchased for my Grandson, to go with his new desk in his room. Fits him perfectly & very comfortable - nice size for a bedroom, as well - & easy assembly. Looks as good as the day I received it and I would buy it again, as it's a great value.
A little wobbly, not great for short people.

While customer service from Wayfair was terrific (I originally received a defective chair) the chair is a cheap model and you get what you pay for. It is a bit wobbly even when tightly screwed together and is very hard, no cushion to the seat or back.
Casters difficult to put on

I like the chair, but the casters (rollers) were very difficult to put onto the base. I had to push really hard. The instructions should state that the casters have to be pushed not screwed onto the base. Also, the chair has a handle to lower or rase the seat, but so far it hasnt worked at all for me.

I purchased this chair for my daughters room. It's not a large chair which works out well in her room. I would recommend this chair if your looking for a smaller size & lower purchase price.

Inexpensive, fairly sturdy, will meet the immediate needs for a startup office.

This arrived just as it was described and was a good quality. I am very happy with it and would recommend this to anybody that is looking for a good quality item.
Not for us tall folks.

I got this and put it together and is just not what I was looking for. The assembly was okay directions were fine.
Spend a little more and get a good chair
Flint from Summerville, SC
Chair arrived with a broken armrest. Part lists shows left and right armrest with same part no. Between myself and Merax we confused which armrest is actually needed for replacement. Received wrong side. Went back and forth with their customer service person too many times. Not worth the time or money all persons were investing to correct the issue. The chair itself is of poor quality and uncomfortable. I concluded today with their customer service person no further correspondence is necessary over such a simple matter.
