Difficult to assemble, with multiple screw sizes and complex positioning required to get the parts connected. The leather is a lower quality than expected, certainly not premium. The chair feels loose and shaky once assembled, triple checked that everything was correct. Fairly good padding and the best features are the aluminum base and aluminum arms.
