Not so sure

Not so sure especially about the cut out. I think I'd rather have a dull bottom without the cut out. The chair feels OK, but for such a price, I'd expect far more comfort--I did give about 300 for a chair before (Sealy Zen) which seems to be discontinued), which offered more quality and comfort and was great with the lumbar support pillow. This one is just OK at this point.
Looks aren't everything

This chair was bought for a home office. I suffer from a tailbone ailment and was looking for a chair that offered relief. I purchased the leather version. The chair itself is billed as having a seat height of 18.5" - 22.5", if you are lucky it is a max of 21" high. The seat itself is notched out, but is severely under padded and just plain hard. The adjustment/tilt is not great and very limited. The chair looks good and that is about all.
Quality w adjustable lumbar support

After reading PT Robin McKensie's book re back issues several y ago, began simple exercises and using lumbar support, and haven't had problem since. Unfortunately, most furniture remains poorly designed for this purpose, and have to hunt for good products.
Like the lumbar support and quality.
