Worked pretty good from Tacoma, WA on 09/30/2015 – Verified Buyer
I used it for a few months as a substitute for back rows. After about 6 months of working out for 5 days a week they became too light in resistance. Not because they were worn but because I got stronger. For the price it worked just as long as I expected.

useful accessories from Burbank, CA on 02/24/2013 – Verified Buyer
Great product. Assembly was easy. I would prefer more exercises shown that utilize the extra accessories. The light band feels like it might break but I know it won't. The small bag could be bigger.
