Comfy and Adjustable

I purchased this chair to replace an older uncomfortable one. My job as a video editor requires long periods in a chair. I just received it today and my first impressions are mostly favorable. It was quite easy to assemble, only took about 10 minutes. Seems comfortable and I like to back adjustment, as well as the adjustable arms. My only concerns are the quality of the seat padding and whether it will hold up well over time. I also wish there was a lumbar adjustment, but I can always use a pillow for that.
