Westminster from Centre, AL	3.0 11/29/2011 Hard to steer Is made very soundly. Sturdy construction. However, one of the wheels does not roll or turn making the cart almost impossible to steer. You cant push it or it veers to the side, crashing into walls and doors. You have to pull it from the bad side to keep it going in a straight line. Was this helpful? Yes / No
