Difficult to Assemble

Cart was difficult to assemble. The 2 mounts which slide over the 2 chrome poles do not slide very well at all. I had to use a hammer to get them to slide past a certain point and finally they started sliding. Once I got the cart put together I was very pleased with how strong it was. Final product GREAT! To put together a royal pain!
