Quick and Easy Assembly

Probably the easiest storage item to set up I have found. Everything snaps together and then screwed tight. You need to hold the front doors just like in the illustration to get the hinges to snap into place. Had to drill starter holes for two screws out of about 24 used. This was a very easy assembly. And, the base is sturdy and I did not need any support under it. I was worried because the heavy rains last week kind of pooled about ¼ inch of water, on the ground, in the area I wanted to put the storage unit, but the floor gives you about 58'' - 34'' in height, so I did not need to set it on a slab or use concrete pavers or bricks under the floor to raise it above any possible rain storm standing water. The height of the floor was sufficient, saved me having to do prep work. I just placed the storage unit on the bare ground. The lid has two piston style lid hinges (not shown in wayfair product photos) which holds the lid in the up position and give gentle resistance when closing the lid. Nice feature. It took me about 5 minutes to figure out how these piston hinges are positioned, and you need to attach it to the lid before you attach it to the side walls, but if you locate the side wall position holes first, and use those to align your piston hinges then the lid placement is easy to figure out. I think I had about an hour in the whole project from unpacking, looking at the diagrams and putting it all together. One person can easily do this assembly.

The shed looks good but was not that easy to assemble. Instructions were clear and easy to follow but some pieces had a hard time fitting together. The door lock doesn't line up well so I'm not sure if I'll be able to lock it. But for the money I spent and the free shipping, I'd still have to say it was a good deal.
PERFECT FOR KEEPING SMALL ITEMS STORED CLOSE TO THE HOUSE, AND OUT OF THE ELEMENTS.

IDEAL SIZE FOR STORING SOME OF MY OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT, LIGHT WEIGHT, PROVISIONS FOR ADDING HOME MADE WOODEN SHELVES, HASP (PLASTIC RESIN) TO SECURE BOTH DOORS & LID TOGETHER. EASILY MOVED; WEIGHS LESS THAN 40#. EASY ASSEMBLY, 2 FRONT DOORS & AN OPENING TOP LID SUPPORTED BY A PAIR OF (GAS-CHARGED?) PISTONS, FREE SHIPPING. SUGGEST NOT KEEPING ANYTHING OF VALUE INSIDE. EVEN WHEN THE 2 DOORS & LID ARE LOCKED TOGETHER, THE LIGHT WEIGHT RESIN CONSTRUCTION WILL NOT PREVENT SOMEONE FROM GAINING ACCESS.
Put together in minutes; things have stayed dry for months.

This is a perfect fit on our deck and holds our cloth-covered outdoor furniture, like a hammock and other patio items. It was very easy to assemble and all pieces were present. Don't worry if anything is missing or broken in packaging; I've built other products from Keter and they were so helpful when pieces were missing. I felt confident buying Keter this time, too. Looks great.
storage shed unusual use

I purchased this shed to use as an outdoor home for a sulcata tortoise. At his current size this shed is the perfect fit. It fits his heater and he can move around easily. The true test will be when the rain starts and if it stays dry inside. We did remove one of the doors to make a custom opening. By doing this when the tortoise outgrows this shed we will be able to use it for other things. This shed has a nice appearance and look good in the yard. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the top is flimsy and warped in the heat. But a couple of bricks on the corners solved the problem

I filled the base with concrete, casted pipe holes for my well drop pipes and supply lines to my house, insulated with 1/2 inch foam boards, then added a twenty dollar very low watt electric heater. Tonight we have 24 degrees f outside temp and my new well box is a cozy 80 degrees f inside. Maintenance free, looks great and saved me over 800 dollars and about a weeks worth of work. Sometimes things just work out nicely.

Having an easement that does not allow permanent sheds to be set up where our large garden area is, this really fits the bill. It is easily moved by one person and has a LOT of space to protect my gardening stuff from rain and the weather. I really like that the roof stays right at the height I open it to and then closes with just one hand.

Shed was easy to assemble. My 15 year old son did it in about 20 minutes. Seems sturdy and spacious enough to keep all the stuff that was lying around the patio including the pool equipment and toys. Also storing lawn and garden supplies. Wish it had a shelf for smaller things, but there is a ledge in the back that you could insert one. We may just keep a small table in it like the one shown in one of the pictures. Box arrived open with no directions, but we figured it out. Pros: Spacious enough to keep all the pool and lawn clutter; doors open from front or can lift top. Top has piston that keeps it open Cons: Would like a shelf or something in it for storing smaller items
Good value but not easy to assemble

My wife and I assembled in about one hour using only a Phillips head screwdriver. The instructions were pictures without words, but we finally figured out how to attach pistons to lid. All parts included in package, which was shipped flat. the back is thin plastic, time will tell how sturdy it holds up. For the price, I think it is fair value. It looks big enough to hold a lawnmower and gas cans.

A bit of a challenge to assemble, but once I figured it out, it went together smoothly. A good size for my purpose, storing kids pool toys and outdoor cushions near the pool so we aren't running back and forth constantly to the house or garage. It's inconspicuous, sits in a corner quietly doing its job and offering no distraction from the lovey pool scene. I am well satisfied.
