Using for other than traditional use

It is difficult to arrange a great room without putting furniture on the diagonal. I had an odd-shaped, sort of triangular area between two couches. I saw this table and though, hmmmm.... " put a table cloth on it" and voile' that odd space now is totally usable space. The table backs up to a wall so even though the table cloth isn't a perfect fit, you can't see the back of it. Very happy I found this for such a reasonable price.
