poor quality for too high price

I use this product in the classroom to organize math manipulatives. It works very well and seems to be durable. However when I received it, there is a problem with the craftsmanship. The top and side are not cut correctly, therefore there is a huge, splintery hole in the top. I contacted them, but received no reply. I'm also disappointed that I never got a sales receipt with the product to write it off for classroom use. I'd like to get another but I'm afraid of spending my out of pocket money again on a faulty product that my students can get hurt on.
