Great product at a great price This is a quality hand truck. I've read a lot of reviews on other hand trucks and this was the best item for the price. There are no cons to this product so far. The tires do have an odor to them, but that's unavoidable for any hand truck. I would suggest attaching the pins to the frame with either twine or leather strapping, as I did. There's a risk that these could get lost if switching between the two and four wheel configuration. |

It ok I noticed that there was a comment about the pins coming out and I just spoke to a customer service rep and she said that if we bend back one of pins then it will keep the pins in place. Also I am having trouble with the bolts that hold the bottom lift to the frame. The bolts just spin around in the hole b/c the bolt wont tighten. Which makes the lift loose. Other then that it does the job. |

Nice Cart Light weight, great for trade shows but the locking pins for the handles are easy to loose if not clipped in properly. |

strong and versitile, very helpful used this to move wire fencing and metal stakes with no problems.. light weight is a plus for the strength of this. nice large tires make the rolling easier and the handle in many positions is very useful. all around a really useful piece of equipment[...]the assembly a snap. |

I would recommend this product. I work in the food industry. I've borrowed serveral heavy duty (metal) hand trucks from co-workers. This product is compact, light weight, easy to handle, and exceeds the load capacity of the 'expensive' trucks I've borrowed. We're moving our office to a new location. We loaded 9 cases of copy paper (11x14)+. My wife took the load to our docks. It was a breeze. She loved it! |

Exactly what I was looking for! I was almost persuaded against this item[...] This hand truck is great! I was able to move a 6ft cabinet down a very steep driveway with some ice on it without any problem. Highly recommend the pneumatic wheels. Love the versatility of two positions. The one suggestion I have: Once you insert the 4 straight pins in the wheels, wrap some duck tape around the tip of the pin otherwise expect to lose the pins on your first use. They do not stay in. I noticed it in just the assembly. |

Performed well at Burning Man Used this for 8 days hauling bulky massage equipment to and from Center Camp, about 1.5 miles round trip each day on badly potholed and dusty roads. The thing was a champ. Even towed it, loaded behind a pick up truck.Note that this is for use with rigid items; if you have squishy items (viz. a massage table) it will rub against the wheels unless you put in some other item (or a piece of cardboard) as a spacer.Item came with one tire flat: staples in the packaging had punctured it. Impossible to fix. Must buy whole new wheel. [...] Wayfair immediately credited me for the replacement; well done. Wayfair needs to put these in better packaging so that the wheels do not get punctured by the staples in the box. Wayfair are you reading this? Save yourself $20 per damaged wheel. Use different packaging. Or tell Harper about the problem with the staples. |
