Perfect Purchase for my Daughter from South Park, PA on 06/09/2015 – Verified Buyer
I was torn between this product and another on this site that our daycare actually uses. Ultimately, I think this was the better purchase because the back of the product is flush. It allows the step stool to get very close to all of our counters -- bathroom and kitchen. The stabilization feet (for lack of a better description) stick out to the sides of the product, not to the be of the product like other step stools. Definitely recommend keeping this product against the cabinetry if you can. Looks like it could tip if it was free standing and the child leans forward too far.

The only thing I was not crazy about was the minimal diagrams. Having built many things similar, I was able to understand the 3 or 4 diagrams given indicating screw size and location to use. Took about 15-20 minutes to get everything together mainly because I built it without help. Having someone help hold pieces would have been easier.

I would highly recommend this product!

Pros: Good price, sturdy, looks great, perfect height
Cons: Building -- minimal diagrams

Wonderful helper! from Madison, AL on 01/17/2016 – Verified Buyer
Our 18 month old is clingy. He is small at only 20 lbs, but after carrying him around for an hour, he starts to feel heavy. He wants to be right><there under my feet while I make dinner, make our other baby (3 months) a bottle, wash dishes, or make myself a cup of coffee. This Step Up Step Stool has been such a lifesaver. He stands right beside me and watches while I cook, pour, wash, and brew. It is heavy enough that I don't waorry about him tipping it - even though he has started to "dance" on the top step - but it is light enough that he can scoot it from place to place on the tile floor. The steps have a very fine sand paper on them. Little Bear likes rubbing his Matchbox cars on the steps and scuffs them up. I recommend this for anyone with a small child who likes to "help" out.

Pros: Easy to assemble, took me 30 minutes with my 18 month old "helper, nice grippy steps, easy for child to climb up and down, handles at the top give the child extra stability when they lean in to see what I'm doing
Cons: I didn't buy one sooner

High Rise Step Stool! Love it! from Lafayette, LA on 07/23/2014 – Verified Buyer
I purchased the high rise step stool for my two year old about a month ago and we absolutely love it! She is able to use it very easily and she loves the fact that she can reach like a big girl! Not only is it tall enough for her to reach to wash her hands and brush her teeth, but I feel much more safe with the tall sides and handles for her to easily climb up. I would recommend it to other moms with toddlers!

Great for Kitchen! from United States on 02/24/2013 – Verified Buyer
I am giving this product 5 stars because of price, easy to assemble, very sturdy (but light enough to move around), and the look. We started using this for a very young child (17 months) and it is growing with her. She loves to stand and sit on it. Now she can see exactly what mommy is doing on the counter and loves to cook with her own mixing bowls. I like that I can turn the steps around to face the wall when not in use, and she cannot accidently climb on the steps without supervision. Word of caution (which is just common sense), you need to watch your child while they are on the step!!!!!! So far no accidents, but we had to teach her not to try to climb on the very top of the step near the handles. I has made meal prep. so much easier on me now that she can see what I am doing.

Gramma Judy from Massachusetts on 10/24/2014 – Verified Buyer
This sturdy step up stool was purchased for my granddaughter, for use in the bathroom when she brushes her teeth . It is very well made and assembly was very easy. All the parts were in the box and all the fastening hardware was complete- no missing parts! The pre-drilled holes aligned perfectly between the pieces being bolted together. This.stool is sturdy and It is heavy enough to stay put for safety- while being light enough to lift and move as needed.
I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Better than description. from Maryville, TN on 12/07/2015 – Verified Buyer
We have really enjoyed this product. the children can easily and safely wash their own hands, help cook, do dishes, make cookies at the counter and even help with chores. Also comes in handy for mom as well when I am trying to store things up high.

Wonderful from Auburn, MA on 07/02/2015 – Verified Buyer
I gave this to my daughter-in-law so my 2 year old grandchild could help bake cookies. The other stools were not stable but this one was ideal to put directly against the counter so the little one could stand there safe.

Pros: Stable and safe

Early Childhood Educator from Hamilton, ON on 11/04/2014 – Verified Buyer
We love our steps, they help the children to wash hands before and after eating, after toiletting and to help wash items they wish to clean. The steps are helpful for the educators too as we don't have to stoop down, even the diapers can be changed standing up whilst the children wash hands at the sink. Safety is the biggest benefit as the educator can stand behind a toddler to keep them at the sink whilst preschoolers can stand safely on their own.
